"In 2012 I weighed 317 pounds. I used a fiber powder and lost about 25 pounds. I stayed at about 290. Then I heard about Skinny Fiber. I was sick the week before it arrived. When I started on Skinny Fiber I weighed 287 pounds. That was June 24, 2013.
This morning I weighed 246.2 pounds. The lowest I have weighed since 2002. My goal is to be down another 40 pounds by July. I'm off 2 blood pressure meds, fibromyalgia meds, acid reflux meds, arthritis meds and my thyroid meds have been reduced. My blood sugar has dropped from 280 to between 110-130, great for a diabetic. My blood pressure with 2 meds was 160/90. Without meds it is now 110/70.
I will be 61 in April. I have two 21 year old kids. No grandkids but I do have that on my list for Christmas! Maybe not this year but soon! And I want to be around to see them born and watch them grow up!
What was holding me back all these years? FEAR OF FAILURE! I have learned that if you don't try you have already failed! Any step in a positive direction is progress!"
