You will need:
Red Dixie cups
black tape ( I used electrical tape)
White form
zip lock baggies
Directions:
Apply tape around the cup, cut a rectangle out from the foam then bend and cut a smaller rectangle out of the already cut out foam for the buckle. Fill a zip lock bag with popcorn or your favorite snack turn it upside down in the Dixie cup.
