Hello all... My name is Sam (Damian for all who knew me when I used my middle name). The picture on the left is me DJing at KDLG almost 2 months ago. I had a friend in the studio with me and they snapped that picture, when I seen it i was shocked at my size. I had just let myself go. I had quit drinking soda, but kept on putting on weight. I realized that the Xing Tea I was drinking in place of my soda addiction was even worse. I was drinking 6 23 oz cans a day, come to find out there was about 90 grams of sugar in each can. The weight just packed on. I was 253 lbs at my heaviest (the picture on the left). One day I got the courage to battle my weight with the help of someone I consider one of my closest friends. Thank you Alisha !! The picture on the right was just taken this past Saturday night while I was doing my radio show. I am down 21.8 pounds in just a month. I have lost 2 1/2 inches on my waste. And I have more energy than I know what to do with. My goal is to be 200 lbs . I'm well on my way.
