Easy Chicken Divan

Easy Chicken Divan
1 lbs cooked boneless and skinless chicken breasts, shredded
1 head fresh broccoli cooked al dente ( I break it into smaller pieces)
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 3 1/2 ounce cans French fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350
Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and place shredded chicken in
Layer the broccoli and then the cheese
Stir together milk and soup and pour over the cheese, use a little more milk if you want it runnier
Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes until bubbly
Sprinkle with fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
