APPLE CINNAMON CRANBERRY FAT FLUSH WATER

A yummy fat flush water!!!! This is a good one to do before the holidays!!!

APPLE CINNAMON CRANBERRY FAT FLUSH WATER

You can add additional apple slices, cinnamon or cranberry juice if you prefer a stronger taste.

Ingredients:
1 apple, sliced (organic preferred)
½ cup 100% pure, unsweetened
cranberry juice
2 sticks cinnamon
2 quarts water

Directions:
Thinly sliced apple (whatever your favorite type) and ½ cup pure cranberry juice. Just add those to your water and cover about ½ of the pitcher with ice before filling with water. It’s best if you let them sit in the fridge overnight before serving. You can add additional apple slices, cinnamon or cranberry juice if you prefer a stronger taste.
