I am so happy with the progress I am making with skinny fiber!! I haven't got the chance to weigh myself yet because I refuse to buy a scale lol. Last month I had lost 5lbs and inches off of my belly. I was a little worry about this month's update because I have been eating sweets lately practicing for my Christmas cookies and also I ate a lot of my son's birthday cake but I was shocked when I took my picture. I didn't really lose much off my belly this time but the difference in my legs really surprised me. I have been doing squats and lounges about 4 times a week and it is really starting to pay off!! I'm still eating the foods I love just smaller portions, taking my skinny fiber twice a day before lunch and dinner, and drinking lots of WATER! I feel healthier, lots of energy, and almost back into my favorite jeans!! www.ToniMarie.sbcspecial.com
