Until I started taking SF I couldn't get the scale to move. Since taking SF I have lost 16 pounds and God only knows how many inches. I will continue to take SF because I still need to lose more weight and it keeps me healthy. Since SF my numbers on my blood work is perfect, I love my Skinny Fiber!
