There are a few who noticed right away that they are full. It took me about 2 1/2 weeks before I noticed that I didn't want to eat as much. But I noticed immediately a difference in my bloating after eating. I also noticed that my irritable bowel syndrome I was not bad the very first day. Give it time… Each of us are different. Be consistent and do not miss it. Make better food choices and you are going to do awesome.
