Hawaiian Pineapple Pork OH YUM!!!!!
10 thick pork chops (always allow one per person)
12 ounces ketchup (about half a bottle)
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small can crushed pineapple
Brown the pork chops slowly in a greased skillet just to a light golden
brown; remove and transfer to an oven pan. Chops should be arranged in a
single layer. In a saucepan, mix the remaining ingredients, except for
the pineapple; bring to a boil and cook to thicken. Pour the sauce over
the pork chops; top with the crushed pineapple, juice and all. Cover
with foil and bake in a preheated 275 degree oven for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
Serve with green beans, creamed corn, and rolls.

INGREDIENTS
Custard
2 egg yolks
1⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup flour
1 cup milk (full fat)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping
3⁄4 cup apricot jam
various fresh fruit
DIRECTIONS
To make pastry: Using fingertips, rub butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal; stir in sugar and egg yolks; press mixture together to form a ball and refrigerate in plastic wrap for 30 minutes; preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll pastry between two sheets of wax paper, making the pastry large enough to cover base and sides of a buttered 9-inch fluted tart pan; trim edges; place sheet of foil into pastry and fill with pie weights or dried beans; bake 20-25 minutes; remove foil and beans and bake a further 5 minutes; allow to cool.
To make custard: In medium bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar and flour until thick and pale; heat milk in saucepan until almost boiling; remove from heat. Slowly dribble in hot milk into egg mixture, whisking continuously, until all of milk has been added. Return custard to pot and cook, over medium-low heat, until custard has thickened and coats the back of a spoon (5-7 minutes). Place piece of plastic wrap directly onto surface of custard (this prevents a 'skin' from forming) and allow to cool completely.
To assemble: Spoon custard into baked pie shell and smooth. Place pieces of fruit attractively over tart. Heat apicot jam until it is quite liquid and brush this generously over the fresh fruit to set and seal the tart. Allow to cool completely.
Serve the same day of making. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Crockpot Slop
(this is one of my favorite...family favorite...quick easy meals)
Put in crockpot in order..DO NOT STIR!!!!
1 LARGE CAN OF GREEN BEANS (do not drain)
8 cut up Russet Potatoes
2 Sliced Up Kielbasa Sausage
1 diced up onion
Put in enough water to cover the potatoes
Drop in 4 Chicken Buillion Cubes.
Salt and Pepper to taste!
Cook in Crockpot for 4-6 hours on High
Then Stir and Serve!!!

Ingredients:
-Makes 4 servings
-20 large (16/20) shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1 ounce canola oil
-1 tablespoon plus 5 teaspoons green onions, chopped
-2 ounces dry white wine
-1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
-4 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
-1 teaspoon Tabasco
-1/2 teaspoon cayenne
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-8 ounces (2 sticks) salted butter

Ingredients:

Directions:
Place a large cast iron skillet on a burner and heat over high heat. Add oil and cook shrimp until they are just done. It's best to prepare shrimp in batches if you do not have large skillet. Remove shrimp and set aside on a large platter.
Add green onions to the oil in the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add white wine and let simmer until it is reduced by half.
When the wine is reduced by half, add chopped garlic, Worcestershire, Tabasco. cayenne pepper and paprika. Shake the pan well and cook for 1 minute. Reduce the heat to low.
Cut butter into small chunks with the knife and slowly add into pan, shaking fast to melt butter.
Continue to add butter and shake until all butter is melted. Add shrimp back to pan and toss well to coat shrimp with butter and seasonings and to heat the shrimp. Place shrimp on four plates and enjoy.

Add garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute. Add tomato paste and stir well to incorporate. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the tomato paste turns a rusty brown color.
Add diced tomatoes, bay leaves, and chicken stock. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add uncooked pasta and cook until al dente. Do not over cook or let soup simmer for a long period of time at this point, as the pasta will get mushy and absorb all the soup broth. You may even want to consider cooking the noodles separately, and then adding some to individual bowls before ladling the soup over them. This would be an especially smart move if you are anticipating any leftovers. Right before serving, stir in the basil and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the cheesy yum. In a small bowl, combine the ricotta, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
To serve, place a dollop of the cheesy yum in each soup bowl, sprinkle some of the mozzarella on top and ladle the hot soup over the cheese.

1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Icing
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, softened
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Using an electric mixer at medium speed, combine the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and mix at low speed until thoroughly combined and the batter is smooth.
Spread the batter into a greased 13 by 10-inch baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool completely before frosting.
Cut into bars.

1 cup salsa

I started Skinny Fiber around mid Sept. Let me just say I love it, its amazing!!! My results could be better if i wasn't so lazy, but considering all I do is take 2 twice a day, drink water & exercise every now and then, I think the...y are absolutely fabulous. Well around Nov 21st right before when my mom came to visit I have fell off track and hardly exercised and ate just about everything including pizza at least once a week. I was on phentermine for 4 months before Skinny fiber and only lost 6 lbs. Since starting Skinny Fiber I have so far went from 191-169 and a size 16 down to 13 (pre pregnancy size) and now they are so loose I can pull them off with out in buttoning or unzipping or a kinda tight 11. The first week in January I did amazing with exercising and eating right (no surprise there as I'm sure everyone did) but then I fell off again mid January, Been eating out, barely any exercise and eating more junk again ( but not as much as I use to before SF), but still no soda. I feel I have more energy, less moody, less headaches, monthly cramps aren't as bad, the list goes on. It has changed me in so many ways and my boys are now happy cause I'm more active with them as well!!!

2 (6 ounce) boneless pork chops
1 large onion, sliced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, we like Italitan flavoured...
2 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup broccoli spear
1/2 cup cauliflower, spears
salt and pepper
vegetable oil cooking spray
Directions:
1 Spray a medium size frypan with veggies cooking spray; heat to medium high.
2 Add pork chops and sear on all side, about 5 minutes.
3 Add onion slices and cook 'til transparent and just turning brown, about 5 minutes.
4 Add stewed tomatoes; bring to a simmer, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
5 Add potatoes around the outside of the pan; simmer 15 minutes, add broccoli and cauliflower and sprinkle with salt and pepper; simmer a further 15 minutes or 'til the potatoes are cooked through.
6 Serve hot.

Ingredients:
16 oz container of the small medley tomatoes
10 baby cucumbers
1 red or yellow onion
12 sweet mini peppers
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup of water
1 T. sugar
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
Directions:
Chop all veggies into small bite size pieces and place in large bowl.

FRESH VEGGIE SALAD
Ingredients:
16 oz container of the small medley tomatoes
10 baby cucumbers
1 red or yellow onion
12 sweet mini peppers
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup of water
1 T. sugar
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
Directions:
Chop all veggies into small bite size pieces and place in large bowl.
Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, water, sugar, salt and pepper to veggies and toss until thoroughly mixed.

4 - Large Chicken Breasts...
3 cans - Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz - Sour Cream
1 lbs - Monterey Jack Cheese
1 stick - Butter
1/2 cup - Water
1 tbsp - Poppy Seeds
2 tubes - Ritz Crackers
4 - Large Chicken Breasts...

Escarole and Cannellini Beans
Escarole and Cannellini Beans..super simple to prepare and super nutritious.
1 head of Escarole, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced thin or minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. red chile flakes
1 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth or water
1 can cannellini beans
pecorino romano cheese
Clean and rinse escarole in large basin of water to rid greens of sand and grit.
In a large pot, heat olive oil, add garlic and saute for 1 min
add escarole, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, chicken broth and
simmer for 5 minutes until escarole wilts, add beans and simmer for 15- 20 minutes or until escarole is tender, add more broth if necessary. adjust seasoning, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately with large loaf of toasty italian bread to soak in broth. so delicious and so nutritious... a great lunch on a cool autumn day..

Ya Need:
2 lbs of ground beef
1 med chopped onion
1/2 lb bacon.. cooked and crumbled
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
4 tsp. mustard
8 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
2 16 oz can baked beans

How to Get Rid of Gasoline Smell from clothes!
Step1
Buy a bottle of baby oil. Since gas is an oil based product it is going to take an oil based product to clean the gas out of your clothing. Baby oil is a great product to use as it shouldn't, in most cases, cause further damage to your clothing.
Step2
Soak your clothes with a bit of laundry detergent, water, and a generous portion of baby oil. Also dab some right on the stain before soaking.
Step3
Swash your clothes in the water for a while and let them sit for about five minutes. Transfer the clothes into your washer, once again remembering not to mix them with any other clothing, and let the cycle finish.
Step4
Wash the clothes. If you have a top load washer, let it partially fill up about 1/4 of the way with water. Put some of the baby oil in the wash with the clothes and swash it around a bit. Once the washer cycle begins, add the detergent and let the cycle finish. Make sure that your gas coated clothes are the only clothes you put in the wash.
Step5
Dry your clothing. Make sure you only AIR DRY on a clothes line these clothes. It could take more than one wash to get all the oil out of your clothing. If you use the dryer after the first, or even the second time, you could risk starting a fire in your dryer.

Check and see if any smell remains in your clothing. If the smell of gas remains on the clothing repeat the wash with baby oil again until the smell is gone.

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon dry instant coffee ( dry)
1 package chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups milk
1 (6 ounce) packages English toffee bits ( reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish)
3 1/4 cups whipped cream
Directions
1.Heat oven to 350F degrees.
2.Prepare brownie mix as directed on package for 13 × 9-inch rectangular pan, using water, oil and eggs and stirring coffee into batter.
3.Bake and cool as directed.
4.Cut brownies into 1-inch squares.
5.Place half of the brownie squares in the bottom of a 3-quart glass bowl.
6.Prepare pudding mix as directed on package for pudding, Pour half of the pudding over brownies in bowl.
7.Top with half each of the toffee bits and whipped cream.
8.Repeat with remaining brownies, pudding, toffee bits and whipped cream.
9.Sprinkle with reserved toffee bits.
10.Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
11.Cover and refrigerate any remaining trifle (if you have any left, doubtful).

Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 cup (4 ounces) pepper Jack cheese, divided
1 cup salsa, optional
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Press half of the beef mixture onto the bottom and halfway up the sides of a greased 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over meat to within 1/2 in. of sides. Pat remaining beef mixture over cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160°. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with salsa if desired. Makes 6 servings.

Hi, Here is my 2 week update.. Today is my 2 weeks on Skinny Fiber. The
1st pic to the left was taken at my heaviest 340 pounds about 10 years

As they say...the pics do not lie! 47 pounds gone!!! Down 3 sizes and back into my comfy jeans!! To say that I am super happy would be an understatement, because I am totally stoked that I am finally under 300 lbs again!!

It has been at least 15 years since I last seen the scale read under 300 lbs. I know that I am not where I want or need to be yet, but I am still happy with this progress! And I am starting to see my female curves return. Could I have lost more if I had eaten healthier or exercised in these past 6 months? Definitely!
