You MUST drink water...lots and lots of water. You should try your best not to drink anything except water (but I'm sure a little pop, tea, beer, coffee creamer or whatever your guilty little pleasure may be won't make or break your progress.)
You MUST take your Skinny Fiber at least twice a day, half an hour before your two largest meals. If you find you are still hungry, you can adjust several different things. When I first started, I was taking 2 pills before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was still snacking between meals also, but tried to stick to fruits, veggies or sometimes a 100-calorie pack. Some people take their pills before breakfast and lunch and feel they don't need a dinner dose. That is perfectly fine. Some people take 1 pill with breakfast, 1 with lunch and 2 with dinner. It all depends on your eating habits, your daily schedule and your hunger. You don't even have to take them at the same time every day if you aren't hungry at the same time every day - however, personally I have found that if i gently ease into an eating schedule I can then "adjust" my hunger in that way. Eating BEFORE you are hungry is definitely the way to go. Letting yourself get TOO hungry will most likely set you up for a binge.
DO NOT TRY TO STARVE YOURSELF! This is the most important rule in ANY weight loss regimen. You should try to make sure that you stay at 12-1500 calories per day. Tracking your food is a great way to check this. If you're new to this then start by just decreasing your portions. Eat 3/4 of whatever amount you would normally eat.
