You do NOT have to purchase Skinny Fiber for me to try to help you Please Read!

Over the last several months, I've had so many people asking me if I can help them lose weight. Of course I promote an AWESOME product called Skinny Fiber that REALLY DOES work, but not everyone can afford it. So many are on disability, unemployed, fixed incomes and other reasons. That's totally understandable! I MYSELF could not afford it when I bought it. But by the grace of God, I took the chance. You do NOT have to purchase skinny fiber for me to TRY to help you!

Start out by trying some of these things: DRINK LOTS of WATER EVERYDAY...
If you have to go to fast food... Eat a taco, have a GRILLED chicken sandwich, take one part of the bun off your burger, don't order cheese ( there's about 50 calories right there)use mustard instead of mayo, less calories... if you MUST have fries, don't order LARGE! Just have a FEW!! Hold yourself accountable! How bad do you want to lose weight? If you take your lunch to work, take lean lunch meat or tuna salad, use lettuce instead of bread.... Lettuce wraps! It's delicious, I do it all the time. When you order a salad, order the salad dressing on the side, dip your fork in the dressing then get the lettuce on your fork...At home eat your meals off of a smaller plate ( this ALWAYS helps ME) when you are at a restaurant, don't get an appetizer or load up on bread, drink lots of water while everyone else is munching away, you will be just as full and not as miserable on the ride home and you will be a little proud of yourself as well don't drink cokes and sodas, order water instead, it's FREE! Save the $2 for a new pair of jeans after you reach a goal. If you need something sweet, suck on a peppermint, chew some gum, eat some fruit <3
