This is the picture of me that made me change my life around... When I saw this I was devastated... I didn't know how I had gotten to that point!! I cried and cried and from there on I changed everything about my life style and diet... I remember then I couldn't walk up and down the starts without being out of breath... doing something active was totally out of my vocabulary... and eating... well lots of fast food and junk and soda.... ugh and this is a more recent photo.... wow... I am still amazed at this!! When I don't lose much or I gain a pound I have to look back at my before pictures and realize that I have made such a huge change and if I have come this far I can go farther! DONT EVER GIVE UP!!
