Roasted Italian Sausage and Veggies


Roasted Italian Sausage and Veggies

1 lb. italian sausage links
veggies of your choice (I used broccoli, zucchini, potatoes, carrots and red peppers)
olive oil
house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)(I use different flavors of my Wildtree)

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Wash and cut up your veggies and place in the bottom of the pan. Drizzle a little olive oil over the veggies and toss to coat. Give a good dusting of the seasoning, 1-2 tsp., over the veggies. Place the sausages on top and put in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove and turn the sausages, return back to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
